Mercy Goes to School
In collaboration with parents, teachers, and school health officials, the Mercy Goes to School program seeks to increase the number of elementary school children in the Mercy Hospital of Folsom service area that learn and practice healthy lifestyle habits including hand washing and choosing nutritious foods throughout the day.
Mercy Goes to School presentations are offered to public and private elementary school children in Rancho Cordova, Folsom and foothill communities. Presentations run from 30 to 45 minutes in length.
